Please visit the Redeem DLC guide available on the official website for DLC redemption instructions.

2 Can I sell DLC codes to other players?

No. This is considered buying and selling goods outside of 99 Nights in the Forest, which is not allowed in any way and may put your account at risk.

3 "Invalid Code" error when submitting my code in-game

Make sure you are entering the code correctly, ensuring all "scratch-off" material is gone and that you are reading the letters/numbers correctly. Try different combinations based on similar-looking numbers and letters.

4 "Code Already Used" error when submitting my code in-game

Please check in-game to ensure you did not already redeem the DLC code. If the code was already redeemed, most likely you used it before on another account, it was entered into the game incorrectly, or the reward is already on your account.

2 Can I share my DLC with friends?

DLC codes are unique and can only be used once. Sharing your code with others will not work.

3 I can't read my DLC Code after scratching it off

You may not have scratched it off enough to reveal a readable code. Use a coin or your nail to ensure you completely remove all of the "scratch-off" material.

4 The DLC Token is missing from my product

Please make sure you have checked all of the contents of the packaging, including behind and inside of things.
